Lovely place, very clean. Enjoyed the amenities i.e. washer dryer and dishwasher. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is my neighbor. I think he lived above me. He screams at the television/gaming systems all night. I did bring it to the owner's attention and they got right on letting him know to be mindful of other guests. He was only quiet for approximately 3 days. He continued the screaming and banging on the floor. My only other small suggestion would be a full length mirror. I did not think that would be something I missed but would have been greatly appreciated. I would have purchased one but would have trouble transporting.
I stayed in different apartments at this location for a year as I kept extending my contracts. Property was clean and well maintained. J, the host, was very responsive. Great communication. If I go back to Florence area, would gladly stay there again.
