A Travel Nurse Place of Rest.

Perfect location to CFV if employed there. Area is full of great shopping of all kinds. Excellent food stores, produce market is nearby, close to great restaurants, gyms, yoga studios, hardware stores and a great car wash with free unlimited vacuum. House is outfitted with 2 big screen TV's comforable bed and all that is needed to cook meals. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner when she was in the area and she is helpful and obviously wanted me to be comfortable and feel at home while staying there.

This is a wonderful house in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The landlord is amazing and always available and quick to respond if you ever need anything. I sat outside on the porch swing often, was never bothered and people who walked by were friendly. It was super close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Its very close to Cape Fear which was a bonus.

This property was great for my husband and I while we were temporarily in Fayetteville. The home is in an excellent location, very close to many grocery stores, restaurants, retail shopping, parks and major highways. The home is updated, modern, clean and comfortable. The landlord is also very responsive and accommodating. We definitely recommend staying here while staying in Fayetteville.

My travel nurse friend and I stayed here while we completed contracts at Cape Fear Valley Hospital. We cannot say enough good things about this property! The location was perfect - a quick drive to the hospital while ALSO being in a neighborhood that felt safe. Lots of shopping options are all within a few minute's drive, as well. Being from another state, we were a little worried about safety, but we never felt at risk! The neighborhood is VERY quiet and peaceful, I regularly sat out on the porch and took walks around the block and felt very much at ease. A was a great landlord, very responsive and easy to work with. Any time we had a question or concern, she texted back quickly and took care of things promptly. The house was sparkling clean on arrival. All appliances and utilities worked perfectly. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. I don't plan to take another contract at Cape Fear, but if I ever did come back, I would 100% want to stay at A's place!

Akela is a great hostess; she provided a beautiful, clean, and modern home for my husband and I during our travel RN contract. Akela definitely catered to all of our needs; for example, the clothes dryer stopped working, yet, after telling Akela, she had a professional there to repair it within the hour - cannot ask for much better service than that! We loved this housing experience, and we would recommend anyone to stay at Akela's home if they are ever planning to stay in Fayetteville. Five out five stars! If we ever take another contract in Fayetteville, we will definitely be staying here at Akela's place.

This house has everything you could need and felt safe to me; though walking the neighborhood is best done during daylight. Everything works well. The owner is a travel nurse as well, so she definitely gets it and was incredibly easy to work with. She was able to move fast, when necessary and took care of all the yard work, utilities, etc. which made my three months there easy enough. I doubt I would take another contract in that city, but if I did, I would rent with her again.
