Entire Unit 23B

Moved in beginning of September and it's been a complete nightmare. I'm a travel nurse and the whole process to secure temporary housing is intense and slow. It took three weeks to get everything sorted out. I sent them a move inspection and to this day they haven't even looked over it. Windows in both bedrooms bolted shut (no egress for fire escape). Ceiling fan doesn't work and sounds like it will burn up if you turn it on. Exhaust fan broken in bathroom, air condition stopped working yesterday and it's 80 degrees. The company is waiting for the owner to decide what to Stay away from this company! They're based out of Philadelphia and the emergency maintenance call center is in another country. Slumlords for sure! Counting the days until my lease is up. I don't think the Owner K knows how poorly managed this property management company is.

This apartment was my home away from home! Very cute, quaint, and quiet! All the amenities worked great and the landlord was very responsive to any/all inquiries I had! Great location, safe, close to tons of food and shopping. I couldn't have asked for a better rental during my work contract!

Great spot. Super affordable and clean. Well stocked with everything we need and more. Came with cleaning supplies, silverware, cookware and even instapot keurig etc. Nice common area and porch. Rooms are well done with very comfy beds, bathrooms are clean and everything works well. Cant say enough about K. She has been the best landlord I have ever had by far. She cares so much about the place and her tenants as well. Any issue we had she was on top of it and had maintenance there ASAP. She worked around our schedules to do routine or low priority maintenance. K was communicative, polite, and understandable. The apartment is very well done and we made sure to keep it in great condition. Cleaned very well before moving out and got our full deposit within hours of leaving. Wouldnt have moved out but contracts were up and the hospital no longer had a need. Complex is old but nice, pool, good neighbors, plenty of free parking. 5 stars all the way

What a special place! From the beautiful detailed interior, to comfortable beds and quality appliances, to the welcoming touches such as ready to use instant-pot, blender and coffee maker you can really tell K** put a lot of love into this condo . 10/10 recommend. K** was also very communicative and helpful throughout my stay.

This place is very spacious and clean. Any amenities I needed were included. Very close to various hospitals in the area. Responsiveness to any questions I had was very quick.
