Master Bed Room

My stay here was great. The owners was very nice and understanding. They was available to help with any issues that came up. The house is clean and spacious. The location was awesome. Its close to the hospital, the shopping centers, and the beaches. You are sharing the kitchen but everyone has their on space to store items. Overall my stay was great. I will definitely stay here again.

Im renting the master bedroom with private bath. The home is tidy, secure, and in a great location near many shops, restaurants, and mall. The bed is very comfortable and the room has plenty of storage. The owners are very friendly and quick to address any issues.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely and peaceful area right by the mall, city place. The room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen and very well equipped, accessible laundry. In addition, the home has a nice and clean pool with enclosed patio and cozy sitting. The share bath is pretty open, clean. The owner was nice, flexible, friendly, easy to communicate. I will recommend this home.

Beware! The lease is 15 pages long and loaded with traps to terminate the lease early, with nonrefundable deposits of $300. My lease was terminated because I changed the fire alarm battery, after requests to fix it were ignored. The fire alarm beeped continually making it impossible to sleep. The house is full of cameras to watch your every move. The upstairs is hot at night 78-80 degrees and the AC is locked in at 76 degrees with the thermostat located downstairs n the coolest part of the house. The room with shared bath ended up costing $1200 for 3 weeks.
