We have stayed at this property three times in the last year. It was clean, spacious and immediately felt like home. The location is perfect and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, the greenway/botanical garden and only 10 minutes from downtown. M and P were responsive and went above and beyond when we needed recommendations for a local vet. They came back with three. (Charlotte Street Vet is the best) If you are lucky enough to see this property available, I would jump on it immediately. You won't regret it. The only negative is that you will get spoiled having them as a landlord. They set a standard that not everyone follows.
You cant beat this location! The house is walking distance to downtown, but is nestled in the beautiful Montford neighborhood! Would totally stay here again, everything was perfect!

My husband and I love to hike and go on extended backpacking trips with our rescue Pyrenees/Golden Sampson. Pete is a 2021 thru hiker of the Appalachian Trail. I also run marathons and am going for my 18th consecutive Boston marathon in 2026. Asheville is a wonderful place and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
