Beautiful location, close to all hospitals in downtown. Dorm room style, reminds me of college. Great for healthcare workers who need to get to downtown quick if they are on call. Highly recommend Edgewood avenue coffee shop, Vagabond coffee, also the walrus Cafe Plenty of great restaurants in Riverside. Management is very accommodative and they help the community through different programs. A+. -Steven

If you are looking for a no-frills host site, this might be right for you. This is a repurposed dorm space. Our agency used to host mission groups and could sleep 42 individuals. COVID put an abrupt end to hosting large groups. We have since repurposed the space to house adult individuals/couples only. (no children or pets) The rooms are private, the restrooms and gender separated but the shower hall is gender neutral. The actual shower stalls are individual showers with lockable doors. NO KITCHEN.
