1 Bedroom with shared bathroom

What a great find! I stayed here for 3 months for a nursing contract at Kaweah Delta. It is a duplex with shared living arrangements so you may have roommates, but sharing the home makes the rent a lot more affordable. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, so if you are not staying in the master bedroom you will have to share a bathroom. Each bedroom door, including the front door, has an entry code and locks upon closing. The home was well stocked with supplies to cook and clean, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit that everyone shares. Everyone was nice, from my roommates to the property owners. The property owners are very personable and responsive to any needs. The area, while older, felt safe. Visalia is a 15-minute town, so anything you need is a short drive away. Getting on and off the 198 is easy and a short drive away. Sequoia NP is about 45 minutes away, as well as Fresno. LA is 3 hours away, SF 4 hours. I would definitely recommend.

This place is a Diamond in the rough. Cute and cozy. The owners are amazing. They are very attentive to any concerns or issues and are extremely accommodating. Super convenient to get to Kaweah and shopping etc. really big pool to enjoy especially in the scorching heat! If I return to Visalia Im definitely gonna try returning there!

What a wonderful place in Visalia! The owners are so lovely and accommodating! Its a very affordable room and spacious. I stayed in the master bedroom and it was very spacious and cozy! Rest of the house is great as well and stocked with pretty much everything you may need. If I didnt have to end my assignment early I would have stayed as long as I could. Parking was available and always felt safe on the property. Close to Kaweah Delta and many supermarkets and Walmart! 5 stars all the way around for this unit and the owners!

Very comfortable condo stocked with every daily item you may need. The condo is very spacious and clean, the bed in the room I stayed in was super soft. Stayed here for 3 months and felt this condo was located very safe, quiet environment that was conveniently located near the local hospital and stores.

I had a great experience in this condo! The hosts are great and always made sure I was comfortable and that my needs were being met. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Kaweah Health and downtown. Bunch of great places to eat and close to Target/Walmart.

Very close to Kaweah Health. The owners were extremely nice and responded almost instantly. Less than 2 miles from a Walmart. Parking available. I would definitely recommend this property.

I had the pleasure of staying at this location during one of my clinical rotations at the Kaweah Delta healthcare district. The kitchen is fully stocked and the place comes with towels and blankets for you to use. It was nice not having to run to the store for little things like laundry detergent or sponges, as everything was supplied. The charcoal grill in the backyard was nice to have and I'm glad I was able to use it a few times. This condo is located in a quiet neighborhood and I never had any issues with my neighbors. Communication with the owners is great and they even helped me set up my internet. The Sequoia National park entrance is only about 1 hour away and I highly recommend checking it out during your time here. If you decided to go frequently you should look into the $80 "America the Beautiful" annual pass. Otherwise, it is $35 for a week pass into the park. You can also use the annual pass for other national parks like Yosemite which is only about 2 hours away.
