I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a very nice clean and quiet apartment. I stayed here for three months, and D, the property owner, ensured that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The place was clean and tidy when I moved in. D checked in a few times during my stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was always available for questions. This is a one bedroom which is nice and large, with a beautiful balcony that overlooks the pool. The grounds clean and maintained. The property that this resides at is a large gated community, and I had a parking spot in the secure parking structure. I felt safe and at home while I stayed here. This is located right next to a Vons, and is within walking distance to many nearby restaurants. I frequently walked to the beach which was a little over a mile away, but would be even quicker by bike. I highly recommend this place.
