Courter Country Farm, Convenient Location on 20 acres

The property does not disappoint. The landlords are attentive, professional, and kind. Ample parking. The cottage is a little oasis. I was only pleasantly surprised. The bed was even covered with a heated mattress pad for warming my bones on the colder winter days, but the space itself heats well. The glass studio on the property was a beautiful spot for meditation. The home gym right outside this space is a perk!! And the community den with pool table is a great place to entertain. My guests loved to visit and the animals are a magical bonus. I would rent this property again.

I was in the Poulsbo/Silverdale area for a month, helping my parents get packed up for a move to Seattle. Staying at the Courter Country Farm was a highlight of my time there. The cabin is roomy and well-equipped. The setting is beautiful (I took walks every day in the area), and the host/hostess were kind and helpful. I'd stayed there previously and wouldn't hesitate to make it my home if ever in the area again. K G

I stayed in the second-floor unit (known as The Retreat) for a little over four months, from December to early April, and it was exactly what I'd hoped it would be: quiet, safe, spacious, and private, with a full kitchen, two full baths, and all the amenities you need to feel at home. I always felt welcome, and I never had any issues sharing the common areas with the other two renters. Plus... there are dogs and farm animals! K and D provided a lot of things that other rentals/AirBNBs do not (which were highly appreciated on my part!), including a steady supply of laundry detergent, toilet paper, hand-soap, bath towels, some kitchen staples, and cans for compost. They were also friendly, unobtrusive, and responsive to texts and emails. For the price, I highly recommend this stay! Although the property is located a little off the beaten path, it's only 5 miles from Silverdale, and downtown Poulsbo and East Bremerton are also close. Would definitely return as a visitor!

I enjoyed my stay at the Courter Country Farm this past November. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to stay in a beautiful farmhouse with access to common areas including a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, etc. The home is beautifully decorated and very spacious. I enjoyed taking walks on the farm. I would stay there again if I had another assignment in Kitsap County.
