Cozy 1 bed 1 bath. Centrally located

This is a great property! My roommate and I stayed here and were very centrally located to everything in Fort Lauderdale. The pool is super relaxing and nice. Would recommend to business professionals and travel nurses :)

May sound small but a beautiful lay out where it's actually bigger than you think. Super clean, modernly decorated, beautiful kitchen fully furnished with dishes and everything to cook, full size stainless steel fridge and freezer, shower with the full rain and body built in, and bedroom with queen size bed. Although, this is where your creativity of organization comes in. Small closet. I used a small book shelf with the cube baskets and Viola storage space obtained. Also a large beautiful full body mirror in the bedroom with a bench. I also felt very safe. Parking space and double security along with digital key. K is a wonderful person. She described the place so good by phone. I was always amazed at her quick response to every text. I don't know how you do that, but you're the best! BTW, so close to everything. As a travel nurse, I feel so lost when I start assignments. This cottage is 2-6 miles from everything.

Place is located near everything. All utilities are included and there is a parking spot assigned just for you. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is very well equipped and has a very comfy bed. Shower is modern also. The best part is that K is a great landlord and she ll do her best to arrange you.
