Cozy Modern Basement Apartment Furnished

I picked a great place to stay for my first travel nurse assignment! I was nervous staying so far away from my family for 13 weeks (3 months) and I wanted to be in a nice and safe place, and this property was perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quite. A's home is beautiful, which she graciously shared with me, and my family, as we needed. This basement apartment is a very nice space! I enjoy the wood floors, the reclining couch, loveseat and chair, the roll top desk, and the large wall mounted television is wonderful. The equipped kitchenette and the spa-like bathroom are nice, along with the comfortable queen-sized bed and walk-in-closet in the bedroom. A is a great landlord, who has become my friend! She is very courteous and considerate of my, and her tenant's, space. She showed me around Thornton and Westminster, helped me with navigating the area and trusted me with her fur baby, Buster. He's a good boy and good buddy! I look forward to returning here in the future!!

This was an experience of a lifetime- filled with love, light, & frosted lemonades. First, the basement. Even seeing photos beforehand, we were shocked. It exceeded expectations. The kitchen is adorable & functional. The bathroom is luxurious. The living roommy goodness. What place can you rent with multiple reclining couches, a GIANT smart TV, & a huge desk with a printer? The bedroom has the comfiest bed & a WALK-IN closet. And we had access to the kitchen, backyard, & the neighborhood pool. The quality of living is superb; however, our favorite part was A. She is relentlessly generous with her compassion & care for others. Her outlook on life reminded me that kindness is not a finite resource, and Ill carry that positivity with me wherever I go. But, she is much more than her civility- shes a resilient woman, a loving mother, and a great teacher. Its a privilege to call her our friend. Message A & start renting! P.S. Give Buster a hug for us. We love & miss him dearly.

A is an amazing host! Very respectful of boundaries, informative about the area and Colorado, and extremely welcoming. This was my first time using Furnished Finders and I was very hesitant about renting out of someone's home as a solo traveling/working female; however, I did not have any concerns during my stay here. The neighborhood is extremely safe - I never was concerned walking around by myself and I did not have any issues with parking my car in front of the house. The renting space is very nice, lots of natural light, and very well taken care of. The area is close to many grocery stores and is a decent proximity to the interstate to drive to Boulder, Denver, or the mountains. I could never have asked for such an outstanding host and beautiful property. I absolutely recommend this property for any solo traveling/working female.
