Clean, Comfortable Home away From Home, Close to Beach

This house was the perfect place to stay during a travel rotation. It's truly a stones throw away from the beach and a short walk to down town or the warf. The house has plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy the Monterey life style whether it's grilling outside or using the large back room to entertain. The owners are responsive and caring for their tenant's comfortably and safety and respond quickly to any questions or concerns. We could not have asked for a better stay in a better place!

My friend and I got a job at the same location so we decided to find a place together. This spot popped up and it was one of the best places I had ever stayed at! L, the landlord, is the sweetest. She was always quick at getting back to us if we had any issues with anything. At one point, the Kuerig gave out, it was replaced that same day with a brand new one. I feel like it's the small details that really count! We were originally only planning on staying for 3 months but then just kept extending. We were so sad to finally leave in Aug. :( You cant beat the location either. I walked out to the beach daily. I've never been so close to the ocean. It's like your own private beach in that area too. You can even hear the waves from your bedroom. All the neighbors were very kind as well. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a homey place to stay. Loved having that extra bedroom as well so friends could visit.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a clean and comfortable spot to stay in during our assignment, and lemme tell ya, the title of their listing does not lie!! The property is a lot larger than you would expect; plenty of space in an otherwise smaller spaced community. The walk to the beach took about 2 minutes top. 2 MINUTES! The bike path nearby was extremely convenient, I'd recommend bringing a bike if you have one. The location is fantastic. It's close to everything, and was very convenient to get to work in Salinas. Inside the house, there's everything you'd ever need. It's not missing random kitchenware or amenities like other random airbnb/furnishedfinder properties. It's also a very beautiful house on the inside. The hosts were super friendly, accommodating, and communicative! It was my best experience with hosts so far! All in all, if you were looking for the hidden gem, this is it. Don't even think twice about booking this place!!
