Primary Suite with Private Bath

Great apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I stayed there for a 6 month contract through winter and never regretted staying there. 10-15 minutes to Tacoma General Hospital, depending on traffic. The landlady is always willing to help with whatever issues come up. Hands down the nicest place I've stayed as a traveler. Pros: I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood Safeway and whole foods not even 5 minutes away Very close to the highway Great internet Cons: When the landlady is away the dog occasionally howls during the day but never at night(never bothered me but maybe not the best for night-shifters). In winter it can get pretty chilly(~55-60) in the apartment since its one big open room, never really bothered me though.
