D is kind, hospitable, and communicative. Available if tenant needed anything (which I didnt, no issues during my stay 8/20-11/21).The house is lovely, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, great outdoor area to watch sunset. House is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location 1.2 hrs from Big Bear, 1.2 to LA, 1.5 to the beaches, 3.5 to Vegas, 1.2 to Joshua Tree. Would have stayed here longer if my contract has extended.

Stayed at this property for a rotation at Arrowhead. The house was spacious, clean, and very conveniently located. The house was well stocked and most necessities were provided. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it!

The home is on a hill with lovely views of the mountains and valley. It was comfortable and cozy, and the landlord was very responsive to questions or concerns. Id stay here, again, in a heartbeat! There is shopping, restaurants, services, hiking, and access to major freeways close by.

Stayed at D's house with my partner for a month on a crisis assignment, the accommodations in this space were exceptional. She has thought of everything! All spices provided, all laundry items, all soaps and travel items provided! She even gave us a little welcome basket full of face masks, loofahs, just convenient things to make our stay nicer. Our room was great! Really enjoyed having a TV mounted up high in our room. Huge closets with big stand up mirrors for doors. Bed was very comfy and the black out curtains she provided did the trick. Whole house was spotless clean! Parking was no problem, driveway or curbside worked fine for me. Safe, quiet neighborhood and close to local hospitals. I'd definitely stay again if I took another contract in this area!

We are two traveling nurses. The house was beautiful and clean. Mrs. D was a great host. She was very accommodating. She made everything available to us that we needed. Well definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed 4 months while working in the area. Driveway parking all the time, quiet neighborhood. Most amenities provided at no additional cost. Room had exactly everything I needed. Wifi was good with extenders throughout to avoid dead spots. Shared common areas but you get your own areas for food. Very respectful environment. Also, landlord is very easy to communicate regarding anything or restock of supplies. Would stay again if work brings me to the area again.

I stayed at Dianna's for a month. This was the first place I stayed at using FF and it exceeded my expectations. Dianna was quick to respond to texts. She was very thorough and made me feel at ease. The house was very clean and well maintained as it was recently renovated. The AC was strong and the house was kept cool at all times. The WIFI was also strong enough for me to get my classes done without any problems. Dianna provides a lot of items including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, containers for food, among other nice perks so you do not need to worry about bringing those items. Parking was plentiful. I felt at ease staying at her home. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. I highly recommend Dianna's place!
