Sunny Charming 2BR/1BA APT Near Medical District

This was not as big as the pictures make it look, have to say this is the worst apartment Ive ever rented. No extra sheets, no garbage bags, the pots and pans look like my great grandmothers, coffee pot didn't work, the plumbing is backwards, I burned myself in the shower and kitchen sink, hell even the toilet is hot when you flush it.The dishwasher is falling out from underneath the cabinet.The sink in the bathroom didnt drain. The tenant below me left the stove on and I got gas poisoning. I was sick for 3 days and missed work. Mike the slumlord didnt think it was urgent, he didnt get it taken care of till late the following day.The bedrooms are so very small and one of the doors doesnt close. NO NEARBY PARKING!!! Lied about that, the new tenant staying down stairs left the front door unlocked, I went to leave at 6:30 am and it was open, NOT A SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD either. Not worth the money at all!!! No binder or anything with important info. Gas Co. left disconnect notice.
