Very clean and cozy studio. Easy to fall asleep after a long day. Home is beautiful and cool on the inside with a large pool in the back. The Owner and Family were super kind and gracious, even lending me their car to run a quick errand when I had just arrived. I unfortunately didn't stay long due to a change in my contract, but will definely reach out to them when I return to Yuma. Worldclass 10/10.

The studio was a good place to stay especially for 1 person, very clean and owners are really nice and answered any questions I had during my stay in a timely manner. Slept and felt comfortable throughout the duration of my contract; definitely recommended if you're looking for an affordable and peaceful stay.

A perfect pool house/studio for a retreat after work. It has most essentials you need for the stay. Landlords are attentive and kind. I feel safe coming home from work. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful and extremely clean. The owner and family are attended to anything that I needed and responded very promptly. The property is very quiet and truly would recommend any traveler to stay on this property. Beautiful landscape and decor . This is definitely the best place in Yuma to stay . Home away from home.

This property is very, very nice. Definitely 4-5 stars. However, the concern is about how the landlord reacted to my family emergency. Im the sole caregiver for my father who got gravely ill during my assignment. I had to leave after a month and the landlord got extremely nasty with me telling me she trusted my word. Telling me that I was supposed to stay until December. She reacted as if I was leaving by choice, like I just didnt feel like staying there. This was a dire family emergency and I had NO other choice then to go home and be with my dad. This reaction of this landlord was unacceptable to me. She was NOT compassionate or understanding of my situation at all. So, think long and hard before committing to staying here! God forbid if you have a family emergency like I did. Shell lash out and will also keep your $500 security deposit! Horrible!!!!! For this ordeal, I only give it one star. If I could give it zero stars, I would!
