Modern Luxury Spacious Apartment near Downtown

This location near downtown Greenville is fantastic! I enjoyed walking to Reedy Falls Park, which was just a short stroll away. Sam, the landlord, was incredibly responsive and attentive. The apartment itself was comfortable, and being on the first floor made it easy to take my dog out for walks. I would definitely choose to stay here again for any future visits to Greenville.

Words cannot explain how amazing this location, apartment, and landlord are. My stay in Greenville for travel nursing has been nothing short of wonderful. S is easy to get ahold of and quick to answer. Any questions or concerns my roommate and I had were fixed or a solution was given within minutes. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful in a stressful, nursing situation. I hate to leave & am jealous of anyone else that gets to stay! Thank you so, so much!!

I am a travel Respiratory Therapist and I stayed in this apartment while in Greenville for a work assignment. The apartment is close to downtown Greenville and you can walk just across the street from the apartment to get to the Swamp Rabbit Trail which is an awesome walking trail. I also had my dog with me during my stay. The dog park right behind the building was great to have for him. The apartment was clean and I felt very comfortable the whole time. The property manager was extremely quick to respond to texts and very friendly! I would highly recommend staying at this place!

I absolutely loved stay at this place. It was very close to downtown and walkable to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. I was able to relax and it also enough space to work from home when I needed. The pool was a great bonus and I frequently used the gym. Both my dogs enjoyed the dog park located in the back of the building.
