3-BDRM 2-BATH APT IN OWNER'S CHARMING 3-FAMILY HOME, BRAND NEW, BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED

Loved staying at this property. Gail was so accommodating and made me feel at home. The apartment is adorable with comfortable furniture and updated appliances. Having extra parking on the side of the house was a huge plus that minimal other locations have. I would absolutely stay here again if I travel back to Boston!

This is the perfect place. G was really welcoming and helpful. All the bedrooms are perfectly decorated, and the kitchen is stocked with all you would need during your stay. I worked at MGH and the location was great. Easy walk to the Savin Hill station or a short drive. Parking was provided which was an absolute plus since it is so hard to find that in Boston! Sharing the space with other travelers was a great experience also. I still keep in touch with the roommates I had while I was there!

If you're looking for a place to stay while on assignment in Boston, you can call off the search! G has thought of everything in this beautiful apartment. You truly only need to bring your personal items. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I have slept in while on assignment. G is so nice and truly takes care of this property and her tenants. I wish I could give this apartment more than 5 stars!

The only regret I have staying with G was that I didnt find her apartment sooner. This is home away from home. I was on 13 week long assignment in Boston and had to relocate the last month prior to my end date due to unforeseen circumstances. G made the accommodations last minute. The apartment is clean, modern and QUIET I work overnight so noise during the day can be a deal breaker for me. G and her brother M is very kind as well. This was and is the most peaceful set I have had since I decided to travel. G I will miss staying at your home and will only return if you have something available

I feel so fortunate I was able to find this beautiful property and stay here for my summer assignment in Boston. I worked at Boston Medical Center, which is only about a 12 minute drive to work, very convenient! The property is absolutely stunning and up-to-date, newly remodeled. Way nicer and homier than any hotel Ive stayed at. My favorite part was the outdoor balcony for relaxing or hanging out with my roommates. The landlord, G, truly cares for her tenants and wants you to have the best experience possible. She was only a quick text away and prioritizes resolving any issues that may arise. I have to say, shes the best roommate matchmaker too. Every roommate Ive lived with, I developed a friendship and also met one of my now best friends thru her!! I consider Gl as my Boston mom LOL. The property is right outside of the city, a short walk to public transportation, some great restaurants, and beach access. I would LOVE to come back and stay here for future assignments!!

This apartment is everything. I am jealous of anyone who gets to move in! I stayed here for 3 months and could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment has everything you could ever need and it is beautifully updated. The owner G is more than just a landlord as well. She truly cares about her tenants and making sure they are safe and comfortable. The apartment is in a fun part of town and just a few miles from downtown Boston. The T is extremely accessible and PARKING! The fact that this apartment has parking is reason enough to stay here. I could not recommend this place more. Plus, i met one of my best friends through G's awesome match making. You will not regret staying here.

This place is perfect to rent per room or with a friend! I shared the space for 5 months and never felt like I was over crowding anyone. The landlord is respectful, friendly and attentive to whatever we may have needed. Everything is brand new from the beds to kitchen. Washer/Dryer, AC, Parking is included which is very convenient for Boston. I felt safe and comfortable staying here!

I stayed at this apartment for 5 months during a travel nurse assignment and I can easily say it was the best apartment Ive ever rented. The landlord, G, thought of everything we could need and more. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with new appliances and comfortable furniture. The apartment has central AC, heat, laundry in the unit, and a parking pad. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. I would 100% recommend staying here.
