This unit is a studio apartment in the rear of my house. You'll have your own entrance with a sitting area by your door.
A two burner induction cooktop, large microwave, and toaster oven provide you with the ability to cook meals but you will enjoy easy access to restaurants and breweries. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Both the River Arts District and South Slope are easy walks or bike rides from the house....
The space is attached to my house. The space is accessed by a separate entrance. There is no interior connection between the apartment and my space, but they do share interior walls.
Very convenient to downtown Asheville, the River Arts District, and Mission Hospital.

This studio is the perfect space! Landlord is amazing; super helpful and kind. Washer and dryer are a game changer. The space is so cozy and the neighbors are really nice. Back patio is peaceful and private. Easy access to surrounding locations and plenty of street parking for guests. Lots of outdoor parks and restaurants close by. I would absolutely recommend this place and have so much enjoyed my stay.
This studio is great! Its crazy close to the hospital and walking distance to music venues/nightlife! The owner is very helpful and accommodating! He was great about making sure the apartment was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There being a washer and dryer in the apartment was a huge convenience as well! The neighborhood is chill and the back patio relaxing! I really enjoyed my time there, i dont think it would have been the same anywhere else!

Asheville is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. I spend as much time as I can playing in the woods. Mountain biking is my favorite activity but I also paddle and camp.
