The cost is reasonable to lay your head if working away from home. The house is small so privacy can be an issue. If someone is on the phone you can overhear conversations, but host encourages a quiet environment. Another issue would be the bathroom, being it is a shared bathroom not everyone cleans up after themselves and the tub and floor may be dirty at times. Plus any visitors and also host may use the toilet. Maybe having a cleaning person come in once a month or every other week to do a deep clean may help. I resigned from my contract, I provided my 2 weeks notice. Even took my stuff days prior to the date and the host has yet to return my deposit. First it was her waiting on a check from someone. After a few days I reached out to her again and was told check is coming from NY. Days later I gave an ultimatum to have my deposit by a certain date, now shes asking for legal name and address to mail a letter before providing my refund, feels like a runaround.

I stayed here for almost 6 months and enjoyed every minute. During my time here I was working on moving my family to the area and "M" was kind enough to give me the local "inside scoop" on the area and show me around. Home is well kept and in a great location with most accommodations within 5 min. Host is very friendly, easy to work with and I enjoyed all the meals and the many chats. Thank you for everything. B

Host was very communicative. Scheduling times for check-in and check-out was simple and easy. A super smooth stay. Host was nice and easy to talk to and I enjoyed having a meal with her right before a hectic shift. Location was clean and quiet she provided me with the option of choosing the room I wanted to stay in based on my liking of the bed. Lol. This was an amazing experience which is saying a lot because I travel for work and have had some pretty great stays. Definitely will stay again if I am in town.

So I stayed at this property for a month.It was peaceful ,comfortable and very clean.The landlord was kind ,courteous and very pleasant. I work nights so I would be sleeping all day.The landlord was very considerate not to make any voice.Overall, I rate this home a 10/10.And I would highly recommend staying here for any working professional.Thank you M for making your home my home for the time I stayed there.
