Custom studio

This is our new favorite rental! Theres a lot to enjoy for a longer stay including many unexpected perks that you usually dont see in other rentals. We appreciated the large amount of storage space so our place could be kept clutter free, the instant hot water faucet, the large and deep kitchen sink, the kitchen warming oven, and the rain shower head with excellent water pressure and temperature. I was able to dehydrate nuts in the warming oven which was fun. Its nestled in a very nice and safe neighborhood with the Seminole Wekiva Trail for biking and walking nearby. The location is super close to the main highway through Orlando/Central Florida for easy access to anything you need. The host is very friendly and a wonderful neighbor! He was always responsive to our needs and requests and made us feel very welcome. It was our most comfortable stay yet!

I needed a place to stay while looking for more permanent housing. As a female who didn't know the Orlando area, I was nervous about safety. This studio was perfect! It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in Longwood, yet close to the freeway, restaurants, shopping, etc. Even though the studio is attached to the owner's residence, it has its own entrance and is very private. The studio was very well appointed and clean. Plenty of room and lots of storage. I had just a couple very minor issues and S was extremely quick to respond and rectify. The place is walking distance to Seminole Wekiva Trail, a paved path for pedestrians and bikes with some very cool murals by a local artist. I liked the studio so much that I extended an extra month. I highly recommend this property

Great location close to several hospitals and amenities in Longwood. Very clean and newly renovated with blackout curtains. Absolutely amazing shower and great kitchen. S was a great host. Respectful of privacy and always available if I needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

I had the pleasure of staying at S's beautiful Studio in Longwood, FL. The studio is attached to his home but you have your own separate entrance and patio area so it is super private, you wouldnt even know its attached to the house. It is in a very safe residential community. S is very accommodating and is available if needed. This studio literally has everything you need from being very clean and well kept to a wonderful kitchen with an electric stove top, dishwasher and island to a well constructed bathroom and you have your own washer and dryer in the unit. There are plenty of shopping plazas everything is less than 10 minutes away which makes it super convenient. I definitely would recommend anyone staying in the Longwood (Orlando) area to consider staying at this spacious studio.
