I do not recommend this property. In the kitchen area, if you use more than one plug it will trip the breaker. All the furniture is cheap. The landlords house is connected by a door and she is extremely loud so for you nightshift workers forget about sleep during the day. Between her and the outside workers that insist on using a leaf blower right outside your window get some earplugs. The landlord also expects you to keep the air-conditioning set to 75*f in the Arizona heat and then she will turn it up to 80* when you are gone. In the end, the landlord will throw various extra expensive at you so just plan on not getting your security deposit back. Good luck!

I thought the landlord was helping me out getting me my own thermostat (which I didn't even ask for) to control my part of the house. In the end there was an additional charge for the installation and I'm at fault for the increase in her utility bill. Book with caution and don't get hurt in the end!
