Believe the previous review the unit nice on first appearance the area is not safe! I'm also an overnight worker as well but I booked this unit through airbnb before i found this platform, unfortunately after check in (4 days later) I had to return home to Florida for my nephew funeral. the host would not accommodate for October month at all when i came back the very end of October with my pup that first week there she was very anxious for some reason 2 weeks later I found out what that reason was.... RATS. I understand its getting cold out and animals start looking for warmth but i could not deal so I immediately canceled my stay then the host L who I never met publicly fabricated all kinds of lies on airbnb... wish I could leave photo of dead rodents my dog and I caught. Not to mention they had rigged up a whole basin type kitchen sink with 2 tiny clamps then asked me to pay for it when the thing fell in from filling it water. The location on this new listing is a lie its off dungan & eerie ave. These people are very shady characters that will try to get over on you any way they can. We are now happy with our new host and comfortable accommodations!

Apartment was nice, clean , amenities plenty Bare bones room- no dresser or hangers lightweight curtains -night shift worker, had to block out light. Neighborhood extremely questionable- stepped over needles, tons of crazy,poor, homeless, addicts. Trash everywhere. Wouldnt walk any further than to my car and back. Street parking only. Noise from screaming, dogs barking, loud cars motors and music, and alarms. Just 1block from Kensington where all the addicts & homeless hang out. Watched someone swinging axe at person one afternnoon 20 ft from my car, and others breaking into places in broad daylight. Apt price was great but wouldnt save $ again to sacrifice my comfort or safety. I relied on a review for this place that said up and coming neighborhood maybe it is, but not in this decade.

First and foremost Im not one to typically write reviews but this place is the exception! The place is a gem to put it simply in a up and coming neighborhood. Here are a few highlights I like: 1. How clean it is 2. Having a great wifi connection 3. Washing & dryer in the apartment 4. Personal cabinet space 5. Close to two grocery stores that are walking distance 6. Walmart & Target are less than 10minutes away 7. Plus its affordable Overall I cannot complain, I would definitely recommend

Great place ,horrible neighborhood. If you can deal with the DRUG infested surroundings then this place is great for you.
