This is a room in a 3 bedroom house. The master bedroom is occupied by the owner when she is in town but her primary residence is out of state. The other bedroom stays unoccupied. There is full access to the common areas such as the kitchen, living room, outdoor family room, washer/dryer, etc.
The neighborhood is Gresham Park which is in East Atlanta and is located inside the perimeter just of of I-20. The neighborhood is primarily homeowners with half being new to the neighborhood and the other half living in the neighborhood for many year.
