Beautiful and Large home. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. It ends at the preserve so no thru traffic. Backyard and pool are completely private. The owner is the only other person living there and is Fun, Quiet, Easy going and Gone much of the time.

Location was perfect for my commute to work, easy access to all highways and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful. The owner is a gem, easy to get along with and respectful of my space. I would gladly rent here again if I came back to the area. 10/10
This is a nice house and E is a nice, easy going roommate! He was fun to talk to when we crossed paths but most of the time I felt like I had the place to myself. It's a peaceful environment and you can hike right out the front door into the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
