Downtown House 2 Bed/2 Bath With Office

I stayed here with my son I found it to be very nice, cozy and perfectly sized for us. I loved the modern look of the place and enjoyed the cool electric fireplace that kept this space nice and toasty during -14 degree temperatures we had a few weeks before we moved out. The property's location was perfect since it is just a few blocks from Sherman Ave in Downtown Coeur d' Alene. We could easy walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, parks (Mceuen park) is about a 5 min walk and a 10 min walk to Coeur d Alene lake/ Resort. Lastly, the property owner was easy to work with, he was very attentive and accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had. The only suggestion for improvement is that the residents who share the backyard are required to clean up regularly after their dogs in order to keep the yard in better condition. Other than that, I have no other suggestions or recommendations. I would highly recommend this property to other people and I would stay here again.
