Sheila is a great landlord, responsive and helpful. This place was comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of storage and extra space. We enjoyed the easy access to the beautiful walking trails.

This was such a well-furnished and comfortable place to spend the winter. The owner was extremely responsive to any requests and was very helpful in locating nearby trails for walking/biking, as well as suggesting places to shop and eat. The home is quiet and well-maintained, with the porch light left on to welcome you!

Ss place was perfect for my travel nursing contract! Close to the hospital, clean and comfy! She was a great landlord, super responsive and accommodating! Her townhouse was in a safe neighborhood and I felt very comfortable there. Great place!

The owner was very accommodating with my requests. She provided everything I needed which is great when you are out of your element. The bed was comfortable and the linens soft. There was plenty of space for my things. I felt safe and secure, there are locks on the bedroom doors that you put your own code in, so my space was my own. The house is on the greenway which is beautiful!! It was awesome just heading out the front door for a run! All I can say is that I wouldnt look anywhere else to stay when coming back to town!

I was looking for somewhere to stay for 3 months as I would be in Charlotte for the summer, and thankfully found this spot! It was the perfect location, never more than 5-10 mins away from a good grocery store, restaurant, shopping, or gas station. Sheila was a wonderful host and did a great job at making the space feel cozy and home-like. She was very easy to get a hold of and was all-around a fantastic property owner. Highly recommend!

My time there went by so quick! S is a great host, super accommodating. You have all the essentials that you need. The black out curtains and blinds were amazing. I didnt even know it daytime. Lots to do and explore in the area, super close to the highway. If Im ever in Charlotte again, I know a place to stay!

I was so lucky to find S on Furnished Finders. Her townhome was quiet, tidy and very close to my assigned hospital. She was a gracious host who allowed me to cook my own meals instead of always eating out. We even had great conversations and interactions if we happened to be off work at the same time. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and accommodating you can live while working this is the place for you. Thank you S for being such a great hostess!!
