Newly completed terrace level Apartment 1...

I moved into this apartment on 6/15. After 1 week the flies and palmetto roaches appeared. Told E and she replied when her brother returns from Africa, she would have him attend to it. After 3 wks. she finally hired an exterminator. He told her that particular fly is feeding on a dead animal somewhere in her house. He suggested an inspection on her home to find the dead animal this particular fly is feeding on. She stated she couldn't take off work. She has been spraying outside the terrace apartment. She placed a spray bottle at my door on Tuesday, which was her remedy. Today I asked her what she was going to do and she said, I've done all I can. I asked, why she hasn't scheduled the house inspection, and she stated again, I can't take off work. I'm moving asap, and I suggest the next tenant asks her to show an invoice of the house inspection, because you will be killing 6-10 flies each day. I've been killing them for 5 weeks.

This property is a diamond in the rough. Completely private entrance on the lower level, rear facing. Kitchen, dishwasher and dryer all new appliances and security system. I felt very safe and E was very welcoming and accommodating. Nearby there are several grocery stores (Aldi, Walmart), a golf course, and plenty of restaurants and gyms (Planet Fitness, LA fitness, Youfit, and EvoFit). Highly recommend, would stay again. I was on a busy surgery rotation, it was close to Kennestone and other Wellstar locations.
