Landlord followed up with me each week saying she would have her worker, ex husband, or some other close male friend, install window unit throughout my stay and never did. When it came to concluding the stay, she ultimately shrugged her shoulders and said "Sorry I got busy, wasn't able to get around to it." Wouldn't offer any sort of compensation for having me live in the heat with multiple fans on for a month during a stressful transplant surgery rotation. During conversation about this, she yelled in my face, was extremely emotional, and interrupted while I was speaking to talk over me and invalidate my concerns. Decent place to stay. She's not worth the trouble. You can find somewhere more convenient with a rational landlord. It also states theres access to Netflix, Hulu, etc through Direct TV in some roundabout way. Landlord has no idea how to access it and left me to figure it out. Took her sweet time in returning deposit.
