This is a large, beautifully remodeled condo right on the river in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to downtown as well as the main hospitals. Justin is an excellent host that is very responsive and easy going.
Overall this is a great place to live. Apartment is nice and in pretty good condition for an old building! Landlord has been easy to work with, and it's in close proximity to downtown. There is a big box fan for summer heat, however if you're a night shifter just know that the old people upstairs control the heat for the whole building, so in the winter between 10pm and 6am the place can get pretty cold unless you overheat it during the day! Generally can't complain! We've had a great stay here!
