1st floor bedroom and private bath

This place was an amazing find outside the city of Manchester, but close enough to drive to the hospital I was working at. I felt like family in their home and they were always available if I needed anything or had questions. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was right outside the bedroom and was very clean and up to date for my needs. The kitchen had almost anything you could need and was easily accessible anytime of the day. Plenty of parking spaces. I worked the night shift and was able to sleep perfectly fine during the day. The property owners were very respectful and so kind. The washer and dryer were great and readily available when I needed them. They have a great system in place if there happens to be multiple individuals staying at their residence. If the chance arises for me to make my way back to New Hampshire, I know who I will be calling first! My only complaint is that I wish I could have found this place sooner so I could have stayed longer!

This place was a wonderful, quiet, and comfortable. C and G took me in when I needed to leave the place I was staying. This home was clean and spacious. The bathroom is spacious and clean and only for me which I loved. The room and bed was perfect and I slept well. Parking was great. I loved the washer and dryer which was right outside my room. If I closed the curtains that meant the washer and dryer couldn't be used. That was the best! I didn't have to worry about someone doing laundry late night. It snowed a few times but they always had snow removal on hand. G and C were so easy to talk to and are very very caring people. After a stressful day at work, it was comforting to know I had this place to come to. And if I saw C or G that was an added bonus.

Little notes everywhere to remind you what is expected. I requested to leave an outdoor light on so I wouldnt come into the house in the dark. She said they would control the light switch. Then an outdoor lightbulb was unscrewed so only one would be lit. No key for my private room, requiring the door to stay unlocked when I left to go out. A drop ceiling was installed under where I was sleeping without any forewarning. At 4:00 a.m. a metal sliding door was opening and closing in the basement beneath the bedroom. I left before the end of the month and paid for a hotel to finish out my contract at the hospital.

Great place . Home away from home! Host are wonderful and bend over backwards to please you. If you want privacy they are great with what ever you want. Beautiful place huge bedrooms and kitchen. Host live down stairs . you hardly know they are there. Great people to hang out with. Can not say any thing bad to say.

As a travel Nurse, quiet and space are two very important things. As soon as I walked into the house I felt right at home. This home was not only spacious and quiet, but the owners G and C were so welcoming and gracious. Their home was beautiful, clean, and the rooms are huge! I had my own private suite with private bathroom and my own screened in porch area. Anything I needed, G and C were available. After working 12 hour shifts you just want to fall out! This home provided that comfort for me. I highly recommend this property. Stores were close by. The beach was only a 35 minute drive and the White Mountains only an hour drive north. The lake was walking distance down the road where you could enjoy a walk and a sandwich while watching the sunset. Less than 10 minutes to Elliot Hospital where I worked. G and C were happy to show me around the town and they even cooked delicious vegan pizza! Highly recommend this home. :)
