Spacious apartment, very clean and convenient to downtown area as well as the highways. Parking was no issue. Area was quiet. The landlord and house manager were both responsive to my needs, and extremely friendly and informative. Thank you for a great welcome to Little Rock!

This property is a beautiful historic home with fantastic dcor and fanciful wooden floors. The property has two bedrooms, a full bath, and an adorably quaint kitchen. There are also quite a few amenities, such as an iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, a plentiful number of towels and face cloths, as well as toiletries and other items that are needed for a long-term stay. The property is well located to the hospitals, the airport, and restaurants in downtown on Broadway Street. Additionally, I travel quite frequently and must say that this was one of the cleanest properties that I have ever utilized. I highly recommend this attractive property located in the historic Quapaw area of Little Rock, Arkansas.

This place is perfect for a stay in Little Rock, AR. The location is great. It is literally minutes away from the downtown awesome bars and restaurants. Also, it is located in the historic Quapaw District. The property is great, very clean and has everything you need. Also, the host was very helpful and available at all times. I totally recommend it.
