This listed unit is the the ground floor unit of the grey townhouse. It has plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and a hugeee master closet. I loved the tall ceilings and well stocked kitchen (even with Tupperware!). Theres another tenant upstairs and another above the garage behind the house and everyone has separate entrances. I loved having the yard for my large dogs and being so close to MaryView hospital. If you work nights def bring black out curtains we hung ours with command strips. The neighborhood has a variety of people but is close to downtown Portsmouth and a Walmart, food lion, and plenty of food. Had some minor electrical problems but the company always sent someone out to fix them. And the tankless hot water heater is a huge plus!
