Cabin like guesthouse on family farm

Going into winter I feel it is important potential renters know there is no central heating in this converted outbuilding. There are electric wall heaters that cause the breakers to flip if you attempt to use more than one at a time. That doesnt matter because they are completely in effective at providing heat. There is a gas fireplace that provides a small amount of warmth to the living room, during my time there in October/November temps it was useless. There was one space heater provided in the bedroom and a second made available after my request because it was below 65 inside. This building is a Cleary brand barn structure that has been converted, it is incredibly drafty. Additionally the hot water went out twice while I stayed there, resulting in my having to shower at the hospital.
