Guest Cottage

The area is quiet, with a farm feeling, in town. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all the necessary features of home comfort. Landlord is extremely understanding as we had to leave early do to contract ending.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! It is beautiful in a safe neighborhood and near to hospital and shopping center. D and his wife were accommodating and pretty much responsive on all our needs. From kitchen stuff with most of the supplies you needed are available, Netflix, fresh and new beddings, W/D toiletry supplies are all provided is a PLUS! and a huge area for parking. We had a wonderful stay at this guest cottage. The property is absolutely gorgeous. D and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed in this studio for two months as we were traveling in our camper van. It is a great studio with everything you need to be comfortable and explore the beautiful area in Grants Pass and Medford. You are about 1 hour and 20 minutes away from the Redwoods and the ocean. You are about a 5 minute drive to shopping in Grants Pass and about a 40 minute drive to Medford. Its very conveniently located. The studio itself has an amazing king size bed, TV, lounge chair, dining area, kitchen and shower area. Lots of kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker, plates, cups, etc. We very much enjoyed staying here and the owner D was extremely welcoming and gracious. Thank you for a very pleasant stay D and for making us feel so welcome. We would recommend this studio for anyone who is traveling through the area and need a place for a month or longer. J
