I stayed at this home during a physical therapy clinical rotation. It is such a beautiful home and it is located in a good spot of town. I was within walking distance to the downtown Springfield area with other local restaurants and a grocery store that is literally next door. It is an older home so you will hear some creaks and what not when going up and down stairs but other than that it is a really nice place to stay for a short period with good appliances and nice spacious rooms with closets. I would definitely stay at this home again if I needed a place to stay in Springfield and the owner is very approachable and quick to communicate on any needs that you may have.

Great property. Very close to Mercy and Cox Hospital. House was very clean and quiet. The rooms are very large. I enjoyed being at this house. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here during my time at Mercy hospital. They were really nice and had great communication. It is an older house so somethings are to be expected. I felt very safe here during my stay even though it's not the "safest" area, (really I'm super paranoid and I never felt like I was in danger). My only real complaint is house rules should be a little more clearly stated. From my understanding there's a bathroom & living area per floor and the 2 rooms on that floor are to share it which wasn't a problem until one weird married couple came asking to borrow things that were in my bathroom drawers(out of sight) and using things that were purchased by the ppl on that floor. They added an extra(bigger)refrigerator and placed it on the back porch. Honestly they should swap them out because it would make more sense fur that one to be on the inside. My room was nice, clean and spacious. It was usually quiet inside the house. Super close to bars and night life but still quiet.
