Vintage Modern Bayview Art Lodge

I stayed in the upstairs unit and enjoyed my time staying here. Everything was so aesthetically please and modern. He had everything for cooking/living that I needed. The beds were comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. You do hear the airplane landing sometimes because you about 10ish miles from the airport but it was never an inconvenience for me. Kyle was always quick to respond if any issues came up and he even added an extra lock for me when I moved in. Felt very secure.

Where do I even begin. The house is in an excellent location, walking distance to wine bars, parks, restaurants. The house itself is so cozy and inviting it was hard to leave. When you walk in you are greeted with the worlds comfiest couch, and a great tv with all the streaming services. The kitchen is an excellent space to cook, work, or enjoy company. Both bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds and blackout curtains if you need. You wont be missing a thing with how much Kyle has put into making sure the house is fully stocked and ready to live in. I felt so safe and comfortable in Kyles space and would absolutely rent from him again. He was so easy to communicate with, flexible with my move in/out dates, and overall a very positive landlord. It was almost as hard to leave the house as it was to leave Kyle as a landlord. Overall HIGHLY recommend living here for a short or long time. I promise you will not regret it.

Lived in this house with 3 other guys for a summer while we were doing internships. House was as advertised and Kyle was an excellent landlord! Not to mention Bayview was a really cool spot. Good neighborhood with some fun bars, restaurants, and parks nearby, yet still not far from downtown. I would recommend!

Wow - this duplex is outfitted so beautifully, so comfortably, that we didnt want to leave. The kitchen has everything you want to make cooking a pleasure. The furniture is stylish, tasteful, and so comfortable, the art well selected, and dont even let me get started on the bathtubs - a delight. We loved the beds, linens, and throw blankets too. Great neighborhood location close to galleries, cute shops, and awesome restaurants, short drive to the lake and necessities like groceries and the airport. Thanks for the beautiful stay - we know where well try to book whenever in Milwaukee.

This was a beautiful home. The decor was so cool and vintage. The couch was comfortable with a nice size TV. The bed was very comfortable as well! Its in a nice neighborhood not too far from downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

This duplex is in the Bayview area of Milwaukee which has tons of restaurants and is close to everything. There is access to both I-94 and 794 within 5 minutes of the house. There is plenty of shopping and lots of walkable restaurants nearby. A free parking night passes was provided and unlike other street I have stayed on in Milwaukee I didn't have to worry about moving my vehicle to different sides of the street every night which lead to amp availability of parking spots. The house itself was beautiful, it has obviously been recently completely rehabbed with all new everything. You can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and decorating of the house. This house had some of the fastest Wi-Fi I have had in any short-term rental and even phone charging cables were provided. Their is a neighbor upstairs but other than a few footsteps here and there I did not hear them at all and I never saw them. K my host was super communicative and accommodating.
