This apt is located in a beautiful & safe neighborhood. You can walk around without fear. The walkway down to the beach is practically across the street. This apt has the perfect view of Pebble Beach. The sunsets were breathtaking. We even saw whales at one point! You have your own entrance with a beautiful backyard that blooms flowers throughout the year. The owners keep up the garden/yard thoroughly. Theres even an apple tree & blueberry bush that blooms & youre welcome to eat them. They were delicious! The apt comes with all the furnished amenities you need. It has a HUGE tv & plenty of storage for your belongings. The bed is super comfortable too. Getting mail/packages here was easy & the owners allowed us to use their W/D. If we needed anything fixed, the owners were there within the day. Noise transfer through the shared main wall was minimal. M & R are the best landlords youll ever have. They are a delight & a joy to be around. Wed stay here again.

We are retired, with an in-law unit in back section of property. We love to walk the beach and enjoy our sunny days by the ocean. We have just purchased another property by the ocean with 2 more Apts. This keeps us very busy. We are here to help travelers find their way, with directions and answers to questions. We are in one of the safest areas of Crescent City. We enjoy travelers staying with us. We're able to direct them to the cool places to see in the area.
