Luxury One Bedroom in downtown, Omaha NE

Excellent location in a nice safe neighborhood, walking distance to the Old Market full of fun shops and restaurants. Having a designated garage space was nice during the cold winter months. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. Felt very safe and secure.

This apartment was the highlight of my 13 week contract in Omaha. The apartment is impeccably furnished, has all the modern luxuries, and is perfectly located. The large windows and balcony have a beautiful view of the old market shopping district. The professional grade kitchen and kitchen supplies made cooking a real joy. The farmers market, cute coffee shops and amazing restaurants are also right around the corner. The apartment was comfortable, safe, and convenient with electronic key access, elevator, and heated garage . The landlord went above and beyond to address any issue I had. If Im ever in omaha, I will DEFINITELY be staying here again! I was bummed to leave! This apartment definitely spoiled me :) Of note- it would be great for a night shift nurse too. The blinds make the apartment nice and dark during the day and the apartment is very quiet.
