This unit is awesome! Very cozy and lots of space. A is also a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!
While the house was lovely and the owner seemed very nice and kind, when it came to get the returnable deposit, it was like PULLING TEETH. Not only was it a breech of contract because he did not pay it back within 30 days like his contract said, he wasnt going to even return it because he felt like he didnt have to. The beginnings of legal action had to be taken to get only SOME of the deposit back. He even admitted that the house was in perfection condition after we left. Ive never had an issue with any landlord until him, and I would highly suggest to find a different home unless you wish to lose a full deposit for absolutely zero reason. (All rent was paid early every month, house was left in perfect condition, every rule was followed per his contract) He made the comment that we were like family but then turned around and tried to keep our deposit. If I could offer advise, itd be to find somewhere else. Not worth the headache!!
