I'm originally from Binghamton, NY and grew up spending my summers on Cayuga Lake. My family bought this property of multiple boathouses on the Seneca Canal in 1998 on Seneca Lake. I purchased it from them after my Dad passed away in 2017. I fell in love with Seneca Lake while visiting my family on weekends to train for my English Channel swim in 2014. It is the perfect lake for marathon swimming so we purchased our own cottage 5 mi up the western shore in Rock Stream as my training camp.
