Beautiful Victorian one bed apt

My partner and I stayed at this lovely and cozy apartment for close to one year while we completed a work contract in the local area. Susan and Harvey were very accommodating to us and offered a very reliable homelike apartment that made our stay very stress free. They were welcoming from the first day that we met and were shown where we would be staying. We have two small senior special needs dogs who were allowed to stay with us during this timeframe and they had a wonderful time playing in the enclosed backyard with their two dogs. The living space was very well taken care of and spacious. We had our own back entrance and stairs that made coming and going very easy. I would highly recommend this apartment and the landlords for anyone in the future. Not only did Susan and Harvey offer us an amazing place to stay but also a great new friendship. I stayed here for 2 months when it first was available . My husband and I were looking for a house to buy in Glens Falls .The apt is super cozy,very light,very private and the landlord let us have our Labrador in the apt . She even let him out during the day when we were gone and her dog plated with my dog . Super landlords and clean,lovely place located in beautiful part of glens falls

Beautiful 3rd floor apartment in gorgeous Victorian home. Has a separate bedroom. Has a separate bathroom. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are in one large area with plenty of space to spread out. Located close to the hospital and downtown, easy to access, designated off street parking space on the property. If you enjoy pets, there are some small pets in the home. The dogs are friendly and just beautiful animals. The cats do not bother anyone and are friendly. You have a private door leading to your apartment which can be locked. There is a private large fenced in back yard which you can enjoy along with a back porch leading out to the back yard. Perfect for relaxing or barbequing or just getting outdoors and enjoying your time. Owners are professionals. They are respectful, knowledgeable, and mindful of your busy schedule and will assist you in any way to make your stay a more enjoyable and memorable experience. A must stay. Adirondacks are close by.

The apartment was very cozy. It had everything I needed including my own parking spot in the back. S and Harvey were great! I would definitely stay there again if I take another contract in the area.
