K was fantastic to rent from- communicated with us well and always quick to respond. I almost gave 4 starts rather than 5 because the kitchen is small and doesnt have a ton of pantry storage so if you plan to cook at home a lot (like we do) be aware of that, BUT that wouldnt keep me from renting here again. There wasnt a lot of noise from the neighbors so sleeping during the day was easy since I work night shift. We also loved that the condo is right next to the woods for taking our dog on walks.
