Safe and Quiet home near City Park Bayou St John

The house is conveniently located to just about any part of the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and the owners were very responsive and helpful. It's the perfect little place to stay at in the city.

Very great rental! It has everything you need in a quiet safe neighborhood. Not far from anything you want to do. Owners are responsive if any problems arise and get things taken care of. Definitely recommend staying!

We rented this home for almost 6 months. This we included myself, my husband, our (at the time) 3 month old, a dog, and a cat. The house was very comfortable and homey. It was clean and the home owners furnished everything from the furniture, to kitchen supplies, to even a little gardening space. The street is mostly quiet with some children in the neighborhood, but not at all bothersome. The park is in walking distance and the area directly across the street from the home is an open field which allowed for some beautiful views. The back yard is fenced in, which our dog enjoyed. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. They were also very easy to work with. Overall, the house was one of the best decisions we made while we were in New Orleans on assignment. The only negative experience we had living in the house had to do with the road by the house. It is wide and doesn't have any speed bumps and people drive WAY too fast on it and not on their side of the road.

Very quiet area, close to parks and stores. I stayed here for five months with my two kids. Owner was very attentive and available for any questions. The home was very clean, kitchen well stocked.

The area is lovely to go for a run around. It's very close to the huge park. I felt safe here and enjoyed my two month stay. The kitchen is really well stocked and the house is very comfortable.
