Quiet and quaint little two bedroom apartment. Great landlords. They are attentive and willing to work with you. Within a couple minute drive to Missouri state museum inside the capital. Apartment is right by Jefferson City bridge so it's perfect if u have to work in Columbia to get straight on the highway. Would stay again and highly recommend

The well-located Katy Trail Cottage offers a private entrance and spacious accommodations. The owners have professional management skills, which shows in their attention to detail. Their warm and inviting abode is well-stocked and features a super comfy master bed, a roomy kitchen table, an entertainment center (no TV), much-appreciated private parking, and comfortable furnishings. The unit was well-maintained and sparkling clean. Best of all, I really enjoyed my hosts, S and J. Whenever I spoke with J, it sounded like she was reconnecting with a long-lost friend. The hospitality and friendliness were off the charts! They are responsive to all your needs. This was my favorite stay while utilizing Furnished Finder! Five enthusiastic stars are warranted for this lovely rental! I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great remodeled 2 bdrm house. The owners S and S are fantastic and very attentive to the tenant's needs. I was the first to stay in the freshly completed upstairs unit. They were still bringing me furniture and things during my stay. There is off street parking behind the house, plenty of room for both apartments. The onsite private washer and drier were a great bonus. It is close enough to downtown for shops and restaurants and Uber eats deliveries. The little Irish tavern a few doors down became one of my favorite places to eat and unwind after work. I highly recommend this property to any travel nurses staying in the area.
