Private, Spacious and Fully Sufficient Studio

This stay was all I could ask for and more! The location is fantastic with various restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Quiet area with easy access to Eisenhower hospital. R was fantastic! He was very helpful and accommodating when needed and was always prompt with his responses. The place is exactly as picture with plenty of storage and room. I am very happy with my stay. When I return, I hope to rent again!

The apartment is very quiet and private. Perfect for people who work nightshift. Blackout curtains are on windows. Giant bath tub and shower, Complete with furniture and appliances. Landlord is absolutely fantastic, I wish all landlords are like him! I had a great stay and will come back in a heartbeat if I pick up an assignment in the area again! Never had any problems.

R has thought of everything for this studio! All the convivences you need and a soaking tub, My experience has been very positive. R is great to work with and he is very responsive to questions. I love the commute to work, the longest it takes to get to work is 5 minutes depending on traffic. You have your own entrance, a patio, and plenty of storage space. The room and bathroom truly are spacious. If I come back to Eisenhower, I will definitely contact R about availability. The neighborhood is safe, too. I work evenings and have never felt uncomfortable getting home late at night. There are restaurants, grocery store, and a Starbucks all within walking distance. The unit is clean and comfortable, and a a cleaning person comes monthly! I highly recommend staying at this property, you won't be disappointed!

I stayed here while working as a traveling nurse at a local hospital. This private place was well furnished and clean. It was spacious and comfortable. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and even took a few walks in the dark as it was very hot in the day. It has a beautiful patio you can sit on to enjoy the fresh air. The Landlord was very friendly and attentive if I needed anything. This has been one of the best places I have stayed during my travel experience.
