Great Owner! Easily contacted. Quick response time. Beautiful property, always felt safe. Literally close to everything! 5 minutes to Parkview. Comfortable setting. Sun porch with a breezeway. Laundry in basement. Quiet setting. If I ever go back to Fort Wayne this will be my first call!!! You wont regret your choice!

If you are looking for a travel accommodation in Fort Wayne this is the best. Great value for your money! My favorite part of this house is the owner, J. He is very hands-on, quick to help in any situation, and nearby (home and business). Very safe location near Parkview North with all the necessary shopping nearby.groceries, restaurants, drug stores all within 5-10 minutes. The house is old with lots of character, but the bathrooms are updated, clean, lots of hot water and washer and dryer which was a big plus. Kitchen is stocked with all you need to create your own meals.I cooked a lot here! Tried to hit the highlights, but bottom line is I would go back here in a heartbeat!

Cozy farm house with everything you need. I stayed here for 3 months while working at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Can not beat the location. Maybe a five minute drive to the hospital. Landlord is very friendly and responds quickly. Would recommend this space to anyone looking for a place in the Fort Wayne area.

I've been a travel nurse for about 2yrs now and J's place is great! It's really close to Parkview Hospital and is nice and clean. If you ever need anything or recommendations of things to explore on your off days....J has you covered!
