Cozy, nice and quiet cottage on the water with beautiful views and close to hospitals. Located close to Mare Island and the Ferry terminal. 1 livingroom, 1 bedroom kitchen, 1 bathroom.

The hosts, B & E, made this beautiful, serene cottage my home away from home during my 3 month stay. They treated me as family and became fast friends, yet allowed me all the privacy needed. The cottage was a perfect retreat! Plenty of space, super comfortable, plenty of privacy and views that go on forever... I couldn't have asked for more. I would return without hesitation!! (Their 3yr old daughter was the icing on the cake... her smiles, giggles and waves melted my heart)!!

What could be better than waking up to these incredible views? I had a 3 month lease at this property and B & E have been nothing short of amazing! Extremely accommodating and pleasant people to rent from. Highly recommend staying at this location if you cant already tell.

This place was wonderful from beggining to end. Starting with the owners- they were extremely nice, responsive, communicative, respectful, and accomidating - really everyting you could hope for and more. Truly kind, funny and good natured people. The location - again, was a real find. You're literally ON the water, as in you can hear the waves below you. It's in a very unique area that makes you really feel peaceful, semi-secluded and safe - yet, you can be on the highway in about 2 mins. You really have to see it to understand, but it was perfect for both my commute and peace of mind. The Cottage - I remember immdiately smiling when I first walked in because it's as good or better than the pics- unlike a lot of rentals, they didn't just take pics of the best stuff, and leave out the undesireables. Truly, it's actaully better than advertised. Plenty of space, cute dining table, couch, tv, cozy bed, closet space and the view is what really puts it all together. 5 star review!
