This colonial house has a large room with a private bathroom on the lower floor. It has access to the kitchen, laundry, and a great garden. It is very private and quiet. Parking is in the driveway, and it is close to public transportation and several hospitals. There is a lovely cat in the house, his name is Mr. Cotton.

I loved this stay with M V, the landlady. She is very kind and enjoyable. Her houve is very clean. The neighborhood is very calm, safe, and near the bus (2mn-10mn by foot) with good connections to the metro. The Trainstation is near the house (15 mn by foot). If I will came to Bonton, I would like to stay at Cozy in Rozzie I will recomend it!
