The Dean Apartments (Pet friendly) - Unit 3

I loved my time here! Joanna is a great landlord and very responsive to anything you may need. Super cute apartment fully stocked with towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. Tons of natural light and blackout curtains. The location is great! Super close to Kendall Yards and the Centennial Trail!

Very boho chic and well kept! Good location with in walking distance to the my fresh basket grocery store and some great restaurants and farmers markets. Private parking in the back and clean laundry amenities in the basement...And the claw tub is amazing!! J is amazing and super easy to work with and made the moving in process as well as the moving out process very easy. I'd definitely stay here again if I came back to Spokane for assignment.

Cute! Perfect size, conveniently located in Spokane. J was responsive to rent the property but also helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. I would stay again at any of her properties. Furniture was comfy :) Towels, wash cloths are provided for the bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils to cook and bake to your hearts content.

This unit was absolutely perfect. My stay was a little over 6 months and it felt like home. There were so many little details that were thought of that made it so easy to just move right in. I highly recommend this property. Its cozy, charming, has everything you need and more. Its walking distance to Kendall Yards, Centennial trail, Riverfront park, and downtown!!

I loved this spot for a few months - very close to Sacred Heart and Deaconess. It had everything I needed - plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with; loved having the gas stove and cast iron skillet. Plenty of hot water & great shower pressure, too. The split heater kept the entire apartment nice and warm in the middle of January! The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up from the outside stairs. Neighborhood seemed safe enough for me - you'll always have a close spot to park, either behind the house in the alley or out front. The bed was incredibly comfortable, too. Joanna was always quick to respond if I needed anything. If I'm ever back in Spokane I'd love to stay again.
